SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS
ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 669 PAGE 661 OF THE DEED
RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM LOW DENSITY APARTMBNTS
DISTRICT R-4 TO APARTMENTR MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT R-5.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, Marrh 13, 1986 on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City Limits:

AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot ] Block ]
Walden Pond Townhome Subdivision, College Station, Brazos County,
Texas according to plat recorded zn Volume 669 Page 661 of the
Read Records of Brazos County, Texas from Apartments Low Density
District R-4 to Apartments Medium Density District R-5.
And, it ms ordained that said change shall become effectmve
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of March 1986.
