PARTITION SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS,
FROM HIGH DENSITY APARTMENTS DISTRICT R-6 TO PLANNED COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT C-3.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHRRRAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Ball
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 14, 1985 on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City Limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classlflcatlon of Lots 21 & 22 Block One
W. C. Boyett Partition subdivision, College Station, Brazos
County, Texas, according to plat filed in Volume 107 Page 603 of
the Deed Records of Brazos County, from R~gh Density Apartments
District R-6 to Planned Commercial B~strict
And zt is ordained that saxd change shall become effective
