&N ORDINANCE EEZONING AN 8.10 ACRE TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, LYING
AND BEING SITUATED IN THE CRAWFORD BURNETT LEAGUE, ABSTRACT NO. 7,
COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE FROM
MOBILE HOME DISTRICT E-7 TO MEDIUM DENSITY APARTMENTS DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEEAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 14, 1985 on the question of
rezonlng certain areas within the C~ty Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all that certain 8.10
acre tract or parcel of ]and, lying and being s~tuated ~n the
Crawford Burnett League, Abstract No. 7, College Station, Brazos
County, Texas and being a portion of that same 21.93 acre tract
conveyed by J. B. Harvey, et al, to Cayuse Limited by deed
recorded in Volume 333 Page 765 of the Offxcal Records of Brazos
County, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2" ~ron rod found lying at the west corner
of said 21.93 acre tract;
THENCE S 46'15'51'* E for a distance of 724.76 feet w~th the
southwest line of said 21.93 acre tract to a 1/2" iron rod set
for the PLACE OF BEGINNING;
THENCE N 43°35'58*' E for a distance of 575.22 feet to a
1/2"iron rod set for corner, sa~d corner lying in the centerltne
of the proposed Southwest Parkway;
THENCE S 66°42'46" E for a d~atance of 86.24 feet with said
centerl~ne to s 1/2" iron rod set for the beginning of a curve to
the r~ght;
THENCE S 57°16'16" E for a distance of 252.63 feet along the
chord of sa~d curve, havzng a central angle of 18°53'00" and s
radius of 770.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set for end of said
curve;
THENCR S 47°49'46" E for a d~stance of ]21.00 feet with sazd
centerline to a 1/2" iron rod found for corner, sa~d ~orner lying
in the southeast line of the aforementioned 21.93 acre tract;
THENCE S 43°35'58'* W for a distance of 35.0[ feet with said
southeast lxne to a 1/2" iron rod found lying [n the southwest
right-of-way llne of Southwest Parkway;

THENCE N 41'39'15" E for a dxstance of 191.00 feet to a 1/2"
~ron rod found for corner;
THENCE N 46'15'51" ~ for a distance of 93.10 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containxng 8.10 acres of [and, more or
less, from Nobile Home D[str~ct H-7 to Medium Density Apartments
Oistrtct R-5,
And, [t is ordaxned that saxd change shall become effect/ye
/mmediately.
