AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 5 & 7 BLOCK 1 COONER SUBDIVISION,
COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM ADMINISTRATIVE-
PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT A-P AND MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
R-5 TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-I.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hesrzng zn the City Hail
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 8, 1985 on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City Lzmits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classificst~on of Lot § Block I Cooner
Subdivision, Brazoz County, Texas, according to plat recorded in
Volume 102 Page 151 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, from
Administrative-Professional District A-P to General Commercial
District C-l;
And, to rezone or change the classification of Lot 7 Block 1
Cooner Subdzvision, Brazos County, Texas according to plat
recorded in Volume 124 Page 553 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, fros Medium Density Residential District R-5 to General
Commercial District C-1.
And it is ordained that saxd changes shall become effective
immediately.
