AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4, BLOCK D, UNIVERSITY
PARK SECTION I FROM APARTMENTS LON DENSITY DISTRICT R-4 TO
GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C-1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the College
Station City Rsll at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, Sulle 13, 1985,
on the question of rezonlng certain property within the City
Limits;
WHEREAS, the Ctty Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots l, 2, 3 and 4,
Block D, University Park Section 1; a subdivision to the City of
College Station, Texas according to plat filed in Volume 700 Page
759 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from Apartments
Low Density District R-4 to General Commercial Dlstr~ct C-1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective
immediately.
