BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the Ctiy Council held a public heartng tn the College
Station Community Center at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 28,
1985 on the question of rezoning certain property within the ctty
AND, WHEREAS, the Cxty Counrtl has determined the followIng:
To rezone or change the claaa~ftcation ot Lots 5-19 Block D
Ilnlverslt¥ Park Section 1 a subdiv~ston to the Czty of College
Station, Texas according to plat flied in Volume 700 Page 759 of
the Deed Records of Brazoa County, Texas tram Apartments Low
Density Dtstrlct R-4 to General Commercial Dlatrtct C-I.
And, xt ~s ordatned that said change shall become effective
immediately.
