AN ORDINANCE REZONING A 53.38 ACRE TRACT (THE PROPOSED SOUTRWOOD
VALLEY SECT[ON 25, BLOCKS 45 & 65~ AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS ORDINANCE, FROM AGRiCULTURAL-OPEN
DISTRICT A-O TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R- J.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE ('IT¥ OF COLLEGE STATION,

To rezone or change the classification of all that certain tract
or parcel of land lying and bezng sztuated in the Crawford
Burnett League in College Station, Brazos County, Texas, being
all of that 7.174 acre trsct conveyed to lion R. Ils~n by deed
recorded in Volume 698, Page 860 of the Deed Records of Brszos
County, Texas, a part of that 285.32 acre irs,! conveyed to
Southwood Valley, Inc. by deed recorded lu Volume 378, Page 224
of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, a part of that
649.77 acre tract conveyed to Southwood Valley, Inc. by deed
recorded in Volume 322, Page 670 of the Deed Records of Brazos
County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
Begmnnmng at the most easterly corner of Southwood Valley Section
2lA, an addition to the City of College Station, Texas, according
to plat of record in Volume 443, Pugs 73 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas, which is also the southwest corner of
Sou/hwood Valley Section I4A, an addmtlon to the City of College
Station, Texas, accord{nE to plat of record in Volume 480, Page
621 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, tn the southwest
line of Rio Grande Boulevard.
