AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10, SECTION 2.0 OF THE COLLEGE
STATION CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL
DEVICES AND SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATING ADDITIONAL STREET
INTERSECTIONS IN THE CITY OF' COLLEGE STATION WHICH ARE
CONTROLLED BY FOUR-WAY STOP SIGNS; RESCI14DI14G ALL PARTS OF
ORDIIjANCLS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND DECLARING THAT ATTENDANT
FACTS NECESSITATE IMMEDIATE ACTION.
BE 1T ORDAI14ED by THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION:
1.
That Chapter 10, Section 2.0 of the City of College Station
Code of Ordindneea is nereby amended to read a:, follows:
"C. FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS
The city hereby designates certain intersections to be
controlled by four-way :,top sibns. The desibnated four-way
stop intersections for the City of College Station are
descrlued in Traffic Control Device invet.tory - Schedule
11, (dated August 2, 1968) on file in the office of the
City Secretory. This schedule is hereby adopted and
incorporated in this Code as if say out at lengtn herein
dha amended to include the 1ollowin6 four-way stop
intersections:
(1) LONGMIRE DRIVE - DEACON DRIVE
(2) FRANCI3 DRIVE - MUNSON AVENUE
A current schedule shall be maintained by the city

WHEREAS, the ,reservation of the general welfare of the
public necesuitate� immediate action, this Oruinance shall
be effective from and after the date of its passage as
provided by the Charter of the City of College Station.
