AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1569, CHAPTER 8, SECTION 1,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION RELATING
TO THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION PERSONNEL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
HANDBOOK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station
has decided to adopt its personnel policies by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council wishes
to amend its personnel policies from time -to -time; and
WHEREAS, the City of College Station City Council has and
intends to create a new Personnel Policy Handbook on this date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, that Ordinance No. 1569, Chapter
8, Section 1, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College
Station is hereby repealed.
