AN ORDINANCE REVISING ORDINANCE NO. 1638, THE ZONING ORDINANCE
FOR THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, SPECIFICALLY AFFECTING
CONDITIONAL USES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas
held a public hearing in the City hall at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday,
January 14, 1988, on the question of amending Ordinance No. 1638Z
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend Ordinance
No. 1638;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
Amend sections 7.1O.E., 7.11.F, 7.12.11, 7.15.D, 7.16.D and
7.17.D of Ordinance 1638 to read:
CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED: The following conditional uses
shall be allowed in addition to any use allowed under
section 8.12
Funeral Homes
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage
in accordance with the City Charter of the City of College
Station.
