AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF
TEXAS AND THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
EASEMENTS AND RIGHT-OF-WAY ON MILLERS LANE FOR THE EXTENSION
OF FM 2818 IN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION AND RATIFYING THE
LAND ACQUISITIONS.
WHEREAS, the State of Texas and the city of College Station
have agreed on State Highway Department Project CRP 89(60)M
that the City of College Station should acquire the ease-
ments and right-of-way needed for the extension of FM 2818
from Texas Avenue to the East ByPass; and
WHEREAS, the City of College Station has completed its ac-
quisition of the necessary easements and right-of-way for
this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION:
That the agreement between the State of Texas and the city
of College Station for the acquisition of easements and
right-of-way for the extension of FM 2818 from Texas Avenue
to the East ByPass, State Highway Department Project CRP
89(60)M is hereby ratified and approved.
II.
That the City Council of the city of College Station hereby
ratifies the acquisition of the following easements and
rights-of-way for this project:
