TO THE CHANGE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD PP, RN CURFEW HOURS.
BE IT ORDAZNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE

That Chapter 1; Section 14, Subsection I(2) of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of College station is hereby amended to
read as follows=
SECTION 14: CONDUCT OF PERSONS WITHIN PARKS AND RECREATION
]kREAS OF THE CITY
I(2) CURFEW8
Except for designated oamplnq areas and exempt events,
no person shall enter or remain in any park during the
hours the park is closed. Events approved in advance
by the Director as exempt from curfew restrictions will
be designated by the Director of Parks and Recreation
for the City of College Station. All neighborhood City
of College station parks will be closed between the
hours of 11=00 p.m. and $=00 a.m. daily. All community
parks (Central, Bee Creek, Thomas and southwood) will
be closed between the hours 1=00 a.m. and 5=00 a.m.
daily. Closing hours will be posted at all parks.
II.
This ordinance shall become effective and be in full force
and effect from and after its passage in accordance with the City
Charter of tho City of College Station.
