AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 4,
SECTION 8, SUBSECTION H(2), REGULATING THE ALARUM SYSTEMS, AND
PROVIDINGAN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION=
That Chapter 4, Section 8, Subsection H(2), of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of College Station is hereby amended to
read as follows=
(2)
An Alarm User or Subscriber shall be allowed five
(5) false alarms in a preceding twelve (12) month
period without penalty. After this, a User or Sub-
scriber shall be assessed a Fifty Dollar ($50.00)
fee for any subsequent false alarm."
II.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its
passage in accordance with the City Charter of the City of
College Station.
