AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.3 NUMBER OF OFF-STREET
PARKING SPACES REQUIRED, OF ORDINANCE NO. 1638, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, SPECIFICALLY TO
REVISE THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR MEDICAL/DENTAL CLINICS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, held a public hearing
in the City Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, 8-1.3-92 on the question of amending the
parking reqmrements for medical/dental clinics;
AN D WHEREAS, the City Courted has determined to amend section 9.3 or Ordinance
No. 1638;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF COLLEGE
STATI ON, TEX AS:
Amend the parking requirement for Medical or Dental Clinic as follows:
Type of Generator
Medical or Dental Clinic:
(< 20,000 S.F.)
(20,000 - 50,000 S.F.)
(> 50,0(10 S.F.}
Unit Spaces per unit
200 S.F. 1.0
225 S.F. 1.0
275 S.F. 1.0
Th,s ord,nance shall becotne effect,ve from and after its passage in accordance with the
C~ty Charier of the C~ty of College Station.
