AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2034 WHICH WILL AMEND THE
BUDGET FOR THE 1993-94 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING AMENDED
EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1993 to September 30, 1994,
was prepared for Council consideration,
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1994, the Council called a public hearing for January 27, 1994,
and notice of such hearing was published in the newspaper on January 24, 1994, ;n
compliance with the Charter of the City of College Station,
WHEREAS, a pubhc hearing was held on January 27, 1994, and at said hearing the Counc;I
received a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1993-94 F,scal Year Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
That the amended revenues of the Community Development Fund budgeted for fiscal year
1993-94 is $2,928,487, and
That the amended expenditures for the Community Development Fund budgeted for fiscal year
1993-94 is $2,928,487
This ordinance shall become effecbve from and after its passage in accordance w~th the C~ty
Charter of the City of College Stabon, Texas.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS THE 27TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1994
