AN ORDINANCE REZONING FOUR LOTS TOTALLING 0.597 ACRES LOCATED
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF COONER STREET. LOTS 4 AND 7 AND LOTS 5 AND 6,
BLOCK 1 OF THE COONER ADDITION, SITUATED IN THE RICHARD CARTER
LEAGUE OF BRAZOS COUNTY, CONVEYED TO OWNER BY DEED DATED
MAY 11. 1989 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 1119, PAGE 853 AND VOLUME 1117,
PAGE 368 OF THE OFFICIAL BRAZOS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, COLLEGE
STATION. TEXAS FROM R-5 MEDIUM DENSITY APARTMENTS AND A-P
ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL TO C-1 GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Councd held a public hearing m the City. Hall Council Chambers at
7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, 1993, on the question o! rezomng certain areas within the
City limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the Oty Councd has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification ot lots 4 and 7 and lot 5 and O, block 1 of the
Cooner Addition recorded tn volume 1119, page 853 and volume 1117, page 368 of the
official Brazos County deed records, trom R-5 Medium Density Apartments and A-P
Administrative Prolesslonal to C~I General Commercial.
AND, it is ordained that said change shall become effective upon the consohdat~on of the
four lots through replattmg. The lots sold to the adjacent derek?pineal should be
consolidated into one lot to include the entire building plot. The remain,ag lot should be
replatted and consohdated into one lot
