AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 1975 WHICH WlU. AMEND THE
BUDGET FOR THE 1992-93 FISCAL YEAR AND' AUTHORIZING AMENDED
EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1992 to September 30, 1993,
was prepared for Council consideration;
WHEREAS, on March 11, 1993, the Council celled a public hearing for March 25, 1993, and
notice of such hearing was published in the newspaper on March 17, 1993, in compliance with
the Charier of the City of College Station;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 25, 1993, and at said hearing the Council
recewed a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1992-93 Fiscel Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
I.
That the amended revenues of the Electric Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1992-93 is
$31,202,181; and
That the amended expenditures for the Electric Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1992-93 is
$29,846,789.
Il.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance wtth the City
Charter of the City of College Station, Texas.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS THE 25TH DAY OF MARCH, 1993.
