AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1908 WHICH WILL AMEND THE
BUDGET FOR THE 1991-1992 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING AMENDED
EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1,
1991, to September 30, 1992, was prepared for Council con-
sideration;
WHEREAS, on September 10, 1992, the Council called a public
hearing for September 24, 1992, and notice of such hearing was
published in the newspaper on September 17, 1992, in compliance
with the Charter of the City of College Station;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 24, 1992,
and at said hearing the Council received a recommendation to
amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1991-
1992 Fiscal Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:

That the amended revenues for the General Fund budgeted for
fiscal year 1991-1992 is $14,606,920.00; and
That the amended revenues for the Landfill Fund budgeted for
fiscal year 1991-1992 is $760,237.00; and
That the amended revenues for the Brazos Valley Solid Waste
Management Agency Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1991-1992 is
$2,185,100.00; and
That the amended expenditure for the General Fund budgeted
for fiscal year 1991-1992 is $14,554,485.00; and
That the amended expenditures for the Landfill Fund budgeted
for fiscal year 1991-1992 is $760,237.00; and
That the amended expenditures for the Brazos Valley Solid
Waste Management Agency Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1991-1992
is $2,122,725.00.

II.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its
passage in accordance with the City Charter of the City of
College Station, Texas.
