AN ORDINANCE (BUDGET AMENDMENT 6) AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2087
WHICH WILL AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 1994-96 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING
AMENDED EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, a budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1994 to September 30, 1995, was prepared
for Council considerat;on;
WHEREAS, on May 25, 1995, the Council celled a public hearing for June 8, 1995, and notice
of such hearing was published in the newspaper on June 2, 1995, in compliance with the
Charter of the City of College Station;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 8, 1995, and at said hearing the Council
received a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the C~ty Council has determined to amend the 1994-95 Fiscel Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
That the amended revenues of the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1994-95 is
$19,736,637

That the amended expenditures for the General Fund budgeted for fiscel year 1994-95
~s $20,658,739

This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance w~th the
Ci. ty Charter of the C;ty of College Station, Texas.
