AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2087 WHICH WILL AMEND THE
BUDGET FOR THE t994-95 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING AMENDED
EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1994 to September 30, 1995,
was prepared for Council consideration;
WHEREAS, on April 27, 1995, the Council called a public hearing for May 11, 1995, and notice
of such hearing was published in the newspaper on May 5, 1995, in compliance with the
Charter of the C,ty of Ccilege Station;
WHEREAS, a public headng was held on May 11, 1995, and at said hearing the Council
received e recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1994-95 Fiscal Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
That the amended revenues of the Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Fund
budgeted for fiscal year 1994-95 is $3,~.~.~.,725;

That the amended expenditures for the General Capital Projects Funds budgeted for
fiscal year 1994-95 is $4,261,802, and

This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance with the
City Charter of the City of College Station, Texas.
