AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 2115, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
APPOINTING JUDGES TO SERVE IN THE CITY COUNCIL GENERAL
ELECTION TO BE HELD ON MAY6, 1995
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS.
Whereas, the C~ty Council of the City of College Stabon, Texas passed
Ordinance No. 2115 on the 9th day of March, 1995
Whereas, Ordinance No. 2115 did not ~nclude election judges for Precinct 32,
40, and 28.
Whereas, the City Council has heard ewdence that the following residents of
College Station are quahfled to preside as judges in the upcoming May elecbon
NOW THEREFOR BE IT ORDAINED, that Dixie Olden is hereby appointed as
Presiding Judge of Precinct No 28 and Ann Rife is hereby appointed as
Alternate Judge of Precinct No 28 Margaret Gnffith is hereby appointed as
Presiding Judge of Precinct No 32 and Crmg Griffith ~s hereby appointed as
Alternate Judge of Precinct No 32 And, Cora Boehm is hereby appointed as
Alternate Judge of Precinct No 40.
