ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE {BUDGET AMENDMENT 2) AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2087
WHICH WILL AMEND THE BUDGET FOR THE 1994-95 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING
AMENDED EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1994 to September 30, 1995,
was prepared for Council consideration,
WHEREAS, on January 12, 1995, the Council called a public hearing for January 25, 1995,
and notice of such heanng was published in the newspaper on January 20, 1995, in
compliance with the Charter of the City of College Station,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 25, 1995, and at said hearing the Councd
received a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1994-95 Fiscal Year Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
I. That the amended revenues of the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1994-95 is
$19,736,637
II That the amended expenditures for the General Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1993-94
is $20,553,827
III Th~s ordinance shall become effecbve from and after its passage in accordance with
the City Charter of the C~ty of College Station, Texas
