AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2034 WHICH WILL AMEND THE
BUDGET FOR THE 1993-94 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING AMENDED
EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1993 to September 30, 1994,
was prepared for Council considerabon;
WHEREAS, on May 26, 1994, the Council called a pubhc hearing for June 9, 1994, and notice
of such heanng was pubhshed ;n the newspaper on June 3, 1994, ~n comphance w~th the
Charter of the C;ty of College Stabon;
WHEREAS, a pubhc heanng was held on June 9, 1994, and at sa;d heanng the Council
rece;ved a recommendat;on to amend the budget,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1993-94 F~scal Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS
I.
That the amended revenues of the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1993-94 ~s
$1,281,100, and
That the amended expenditures for the Hotel/Motel Tax Fund budgeted for fiscal year 1993-94
~s $1,592,318
II
This ordinance shall become effecbve from and after its passage ~n accordance w~th the C~ty
Charter of the City of College Stabon, Texas
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS THE 9 TH DAY OF JUNE, 1994.
