AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2034 WHICH WILL AMEND THE
BUDGET FOR THE 1993-94 FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING AMENDED
EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, an amended budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1993 to September 30, 1994,
was prepared for Council consideration;
WHEREAS, on April 10, 1994, the Council called a publm hearing for April 27, 1994, and
notice of such heanng was published in the newspaper on April 25, 1994, in compliance with
the Charter of the City of College Station;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Apnl 27, 1994, and at said hearing the Council
received a recommendation to amend the budget;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to amend the 1993-94 Fiscal Year Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
I.
That the amended revenues of the Equipment Replacement Fund budgeted for fiscal year
1993-94 is $1,633,627, and
That the amended expenditures for the Community Development Fund budgeted for fiscal year
1993-94 Is $1,305,016.
II.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance with the City
Charter of the City of College Station, Texas.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS THE 27TH DAY OF APRIL, 1994.
