HomeMy WebLinkAbout1994-2060 - Ordinance - 04/13/1994ORDINANCE NO. 2o6o AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2050, FOR THE PURPOSE OF APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE CITY GENERAL AND SPECIAL ELECTION ON MAY 7, 1994 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas adopted Ordinance No 2050 on the 10th day of March, 1994, calling a general and special election to be held on the 7th day of May, 1994; WHEREAS, the City Council of the C~ty of College Station, Texas adopted Ordinance No. 2059, designating a new prec4nct and polling place to be incorporated into Election Ordinance No 2050 as Precinct No 2, Wellborn Community Center. WHEREAS, the City Councd of the Ctty of College Station, Texas has heard evidence that Shirley Redman ~s readdy available to serve as Presiding Judge and Linda Scott ~s available to serve as Alternate Judge for Precinct No. 2 at the Wellborn Community Center NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, that Shirley Redman is hereby appointed to serve the City of College Station, Texas as Presiding Judge and Linda Scott ~s hereby appointed to serve the C~ty of College Station, Texas as Alternate Judge at Polling Place No 2, Wellborn Commumty Center on the 7th day of May, 1994 PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE13th DAY OF APRIL, 1994 ATI'EST , ~ 'C~y ~ecretary Connie Hooks APPROVED:
