AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO 2050, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADDING A NEW PRECINCT TO
THE NOTICE OF ELECTION FOR NOTIFICATION TO VOTERS FOR THE GENERAL
ELECTION AND SPECIAL ELECTION ON MAY 7, 1994
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS'
WHEREAS, the C~ty Council of the College Station, Texas adopted Ordinance No
2050 on the 10th day of March, 1994, calhng a general and specml election to be held
on the 7th day of May; 1994;
WHEREAS, said election ordinance did not include Precinct No 2, formerly a school
only precinct, that now ~ncludes several voters within the c~ty hm~ts of College Station,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that Precinct No 2 wdl become a part of the
elect~on order and notice of elect~on shall be posted accordingly with Precinct No. 2 as
a city/school precinct The polhng place for Precinct No. 2 w~ll be located at Wellborn
Community Center
