2. Discussion and approval of Baylor Scott & White (BS&W) contract for Dr.
Michael Dixon as new Medical Director in an annual amount not to exceed
$50,000 - Santos Navarrette Jr.
3. Discussion of and approval of Patagonia Health contract addendums —

4. Discussion and approval of updated cash fee schedule for C-4 Clinic — Santos

5. Discussion on revising the 2009 Brazos County Public Health District Cooperative

Health entering into a mutual agreement in establishing an Academic Health

7. Discussion regarding the ongoing on -site sewage facility (OSSF) complaint
