Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 3. Possible action and discussion on absence requests. 4. Possible action and discussion of previous minutes. 5. Brief meeting introduction by Chair. 6. Report from HPC staff on Historic Records Coordinator Office activities. 7. Presentation, possible action and discussion of 75 Anniversary related activities, including but not limited to, sponsorships, fundraising efforts, and the Homecoming event. 8. Discussion and possible action regarding the 2014 Exploring History Lunch Series, including update regarding specific efforts to secure sponsors for 2014 Exploring History Lunch Series. 9. Possible action and discussion regarding the Historic Marker nomination and award process. 10.
