C. Presentation, possible action and discussion of Minutes from May 9, 2013 Public Meeting.
D. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the site visit for the proposal submitted by
Twin City Mission, Inc. - Homeless and Housing Services Program in response to Request for
Proposal 13 -024 for 2013 -2014 Community Development Block Grant public service
funding.
E. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the site visit for the proposal submitted by
Voices for Children - Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of BV in response to
Request for Proposal 13 -024 for 2013 -2014 Community Development Block Grant public
service funding.
F. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the site visit for the proposal submitted by
Brazos Maternal & Child Health Center - The Prenatal Clinic in response to Request for
Proposal 13 -024 for 2013 -2014 Community Development Block Grant public service
funding.

response to Request for Proposal 13 -024 for 2013 -2014 Community Development Block

Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting of the Joint Relief Funding Review Committee of the City of
College Station and City of Bryan, Texas will be held on the 16th day of May, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at the
City of College Station Community Development Conference Room, 1207 Texas Avenue, College Station,
Texas. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See Agenda
