Regular Board Meeting

1. Welcome and Open Meeting
Chair will call the meeting to order, lead the Pledge of allegiance to the American and Texas
flags, and offer an invocation.
2. Public Comments Regarding Items Not on the Agenda
Individuals who wish to address the Board of Directors must complete a Public Comment Card describing
the topic(s) they wish to address. Public comment cards may be found at the meeting sign -in table and
turned in to Lisa Lyon of the RMA staff prior to the start of the meeting. Please limit your comments to
three minutes per topic.
3. Approval of Minutes from the February 6, 2026 RMA Board Meeting
Consider adoption -Action Required.
4. Adoption of FY 2026 RMA Operating Budget
Currently, the Board must budget funds for the required audit. It is recommended to adopt a budget of
$5,000 for professional fees. —Action Required.
5. Presentation from the Highway 36A Coalition
Representatives from the Highway 36A Coalition will provide information regarding planning and
development of a regional transportation infrastructure from the Brazosport area to Hempstead and
beyond.
