2. Discussion and approval of FY 2027 public health emergency preparedness
(PHEP) renewal contract form DSHS in the amount of $139,760, with a required
match of $13,976 for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027 — Santos

3. Discussion and approval of changing a full-time employee in the Breast and
Cervical Cancer Screening (BCCS) program to a contractual employee in the
