the records you would like to request from the City.
Accounting Operations/Budget records may include:
Invoices for Accounts Payable, Invoice for Deposit Records, and City Budget related information

Capital Improvements records may include:
CAD Files, Change Orders-Construction, Construction Cost Estimates, Construction Documents, Design,
Design Schedule, Geotechnical Reports, Land Acquisitions-Easement Exhibits and Descriptions, Land
Acquisitions-Title Work, Materials Testing Report, Meeting Notes-Pre Bid and Pre-Construction, Record Drawings,
Request for Information (RFI's), Submittals/Shop Drawings, Technical Specifications and Special Conditions.
City Manager’s Office records may include:
Residents written concerns and complaints, Some Special Events Applications and Related Documents, Neighborhood and
Gateway Grant Applications, Legislative Activities, ADA concerns, Outlook Calendar Appointments for the City Manager's
Office, Mayor, and City Council
City Secretary’s Office records may include:
Ordinances, Resolutions, Minutes, Agendas, City Council Related Documents
