ORDINANCE NO. aDl1- 3370
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 "GENERAL PROVISIONS", OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS BY REPEALING SECTION 15, "DISPOSITION OF ABANDONED OR
UNCLAIMED PROPERTY; DISPOSITION OF SALVAGE OR SURPLUS
PROPERTY; AND DISPOSITION OF SEIZED WEAPONS, EXPLOSIVE
WEAPONS, OR OTHER PROHIBITED CONTRABAND"; PROVIDING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
PART 1. That Chapter 1, Section 15, "Disposition of Abandoned or Unclaimed
Property; Disposition of Salvage or Surplus Property; and Disposition of
Seized Weapons, Explosive Weapons, or other prohibited contraband," of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, Texas be hereby repealed.
PART 2. That such holding shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining
provisions or sections of the Code of Ordinances, which shall remain in full
force and effect.
