ORDINANCE NO. 2011-3335
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10, "TRAFFIC CODE", SECTION 4
"ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION OF PARKING VIOLATIONS", E "PARKING
REGULATIONS FOR CERTAIN DESCRIBED AREAS" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, BY AMENDING SCHEDULE XII;
PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; DECLARING A PENALTY; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
PART 1: That CHAPTER 10, "TRAFFIC CODE" SECTION 4 "ADMINISTRATIVE
ADJUDICATION OF PARKING VIOLATIONS", E "PARKING
REGULATIONS FOR CERTAIN DESCRIBED AREAS" SCHEDULE XII, of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, Texas, be amended as set
out in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance for all
purposes.
PART 2: That if any provisions of any section of this ordinance shall be held to be void or
unconstitutional, such holding shall in no way effect the validity of the remaining
provisions or sections of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and
effect.
PART 3: That any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this
chapter shall be deemed liable for a civil offense and/or guilty of a Class C
misdemeanor, and, upon a finding of liability thereof, shall be punished by a civil
penalty of not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000.00), or upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less
than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
Said Ordinance becomes effective ten (10) days after date of passage by the City
Council, as provided by Section 35 of the Charter of the City of College Station.

EXHIBIT "A"
That the Traffic Control Device Inventory - Schedule XII (dated August 18, 2008) as referenced
in CHAPTER 10, "TRAFFIC CODE' SECTION 4 "ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION OF
PARKING VIOLATIONS", E "PARKING REGULATIONS FOR CERTAIN DESCRIBED
AREAS" and SCHEDULE XII is hereby amended to include the following:
Longmire Drive - No Parking on the east side of Longmire Drive between FM 2818 and Valley
View Drive.
Valley View Drive - No Parking on the north side of Valley View Drive starting 125 feet west of
Longmire Drive and extending to the west 325 feet. No Parking on the south side of Valley
View Drive starting at the intersection with Longmire Drive and extending to the west 275 feet.
Then starting 150 feet west of this end point, No Parking for another 30 feet to the west.
