The City Council may or may not attend the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Regular Meeting.
1. Call to order and Roll Call.
2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members.
3. Hear visitors.
4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting of
November 13, 2012.
5. Update and discussion concerning parks and recreation special events.
6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion concerning maintenance and cost of tree
removal within the parks.
7. Update and discussion concerning the College Station Senior Games.
8. Presentation and discussion concerning Texas A &M University students video on
Stephen C. Beachy Central Park.
9. Discussion and possible action concerning revisions to the Parks and Recreation
Advisory Board Goals for FY13.
10. Report, possible action, and discussion concerning the current Capital Improvements
Program:
Capital Improvements and Park Land Dedication Project Lists of December
2012.

11. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board Member
may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of
specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any
deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a
subsequent meeting.
