City of College Station and City of Bryan
Planning & Zoning Commissions

College Station Utilities Meeting & Training Facility

The City Council may or may not attend the Joint Workshop Meeting with the City of College Station and City of Bryan
Planning and Zoning Commissions.
1. Call to order.
2. Introduction of City of College Station Planning and Zoning Commissioners and staff.
3. Introduction of City of Bryan Planning and Zoning Commissioners and staff.
4. Presentation from a representative of the Texas Water Resources Institute, discussion,
and possible action regarding the Carters Creek Watershed TMDL and TMDL I -Plan
and how it relates to future planning, development, and redevelopment.
5. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding an update on the status of the
BioCorridor Planned Development District.
6. Discussion on future joint meeting agenda items.
7. Adjourn.
Consultation with Attorney {Gov't Code Section 551.071} ; possible action.
The Planning and Zoning Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated litigation subject
or attorney- client privileged information. After executive session discussion, any final action or vote taken will be in public. If
litigation or attomey- client privileged information issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting, an executive session will be held.
Notice is hereby given that a Joint Workshop Meeting of the College Station & Bryan Planning and Zoning Commissions,
will be held on Monday, November 12, 2012 at 11:30 AM at the College Station Utilities Meeting & Training Facility,
1603 Graham Road, College Station, Texas. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See Agenda.
