The City Council may or may not attend the CS Youth Advisory Council Regular Meeting.
1. Welcome
2. Introductions of new members if applicable
3. Review and approval of the minutes of the last meeting.
4. Report from City Council Meeting observations and sign ups for future meetings
(Usually on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays with some exceptions.)
5. Reports from Committees & Officers
6. Old Business
o Presence and Visibility at both High Schools
o Creating a budge to help organize T -shirt and YAC summit costs
o Start of the year Kick -Off Event
7. New Business
o Committee Chair Assignments
o HS Campus Informational meetings
8. Announcements
o Next Meeting: 5:30PM, October 2, 2012 at the College Station Municipal Court
o Officer's meeting date . Location — TBD
9. Adjourn.
