The City Council may or may not attend the COB & COCS Joint Relief Funding Review Committee Meeting.

B. Presentation, possible action and discussion of Recognition of Affidavits Filed
in Response to State Law on Disclosure of Local Officials Conflict of Interests.
C. Presentation, possible action and discussion of Minutes from May 24, 2012
Public Meeting.
D. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the Request for Proposal
process for the Community Development Block Grant public service funding.
E. Presentation, possible action and discussion of post award workshop for
funded public service agencies for FY 2012 -2013.
F. Adjourn

at the Lincoln Recreation Center, 1000 Eleanor, College Station, Texas. The following subjects
