The City Council may or may not attend the Sunset Advisory Commission meeting.
1. Call to Order.

2. Hear Visitors.
3. Presentation, discussion and possible action to approve absentee request.
4. Presentation, possible action and discussion to approve meeting minutes from May 7, 2012.
5. Presentation, possible action, and reconsideration of proposed Sunset Final Report, to be presented to
City Council at the June 14, 2012 meeting.
6. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items — A Sunset Advisory Commission member may
inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information
or the recitation of existing policy may be give. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place
the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
7. Adjourn.
