The City Council conducted two an- nexation public hearings, one on Thursday, January 24th and another on Tuesday, January 29th. Council also discussed this issue at their workshop meeting on Thursday, February 14th and decided to reduce an- nexation areas 3 and 4. Council considered the final annexation ordinance at their regular meeting on Thursday, February 28th and decided to remove annexation area 5 and further reduce the size of annexa- tion area 4.
