III. Approval of minutes from regular meeting on April 30, 2012
IV. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning program sub - committee
report regarding upcoming programs and events
• June 12 - Joint planning meeting with Historic Preservation Committee and
Senior Advisory Committee to discuss 2013 speakers and topics
V. Update and discussion regarding Senior Advisory Committee Goals
• description of community center on 2008 bond election
VI. Update on Senior Living Development planned behind Southwood Community
Center
VII. Presentation, possible action and discussion on Senior Services Coordinator Report
regarding upcoming programs and events
• Senior Expo, May 23r
VIII. Presentation, discussion and possible action on future agenda items: A Committee
member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A
statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an
agenda for a subsequent meeting.
