Call to order. 2. Possible action concerning requests for absences of members. 3. Hear visitors. 4. Consideration, possible approval, and discussion of minutes from the meeting of February 1, 2012. 5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion concerning the operations, maintenance, and facility program for nature centers operating in other cities. 6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion concerning program options for the proposed Lick Creek Nature Center with estimated capital and operations and maintenance cost impact. 7. Questions and comments period. 8. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on future agenda items: A Board Member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. 9. Conclusion. Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Lick Creek Park Nature Center Advisory Committee of the City of College Station, Texas will be held on the 25 day of April, 2012. For the meeting to begin at 7 :00 p.m. at College Station Conference Center, Room 101 at 1300 George Bush Dr., College Station, Texas, 77840.
