The City Council may or may not attend the Sunset Advisory Commission meeting.
1. Call to Order.
2. Hear Visitors.
3. Presentation, possible action and discussion to approve absentee request.
4. Presentation, possible action and discussion to approve meeting minutes from March 20, 2012.
5. Presentation and discussion regarding committees encompassed by Planning and Development Services.
6. Presentation and discussion to review new committee questionnaires and any new reports regarding
meeting visits conducted by Sunset Commission members.
7. .Presentation and discussion to draft a final Sunset report.
8. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items — A Sunset Advisory Commission member may
inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information
or the recitation of existing policy may be give. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place
the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting.
9. Adjourn.
