Meeting.

agency proposal mechanics.
E. Presentation, possible action and discussion of proposed review and site visit
schedule.
F. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the site visit for the proposal
submitted from Unity Partners dba Project Unity - Safe Harbour Supervised
Visitation Program in response to Request for Proposal 12 -035 for 2012 -2013
Community Development Block Grant Public Service Funding.
G. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the site visit for the proposal
submitted from Brazos County Rape Crisis Center Inc. dba Sexual Assault
Resource Center Individual Counseling and Accompaniment Program in
response to Request for Proposal 12 -035 for 2012 -2013 Community
Development Block Grant Public Service Funding.
H. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the site visit for the proposal
submitted from Voices For Children, Inc. Court Appointed Special Advocates
(CASA) of Brazos Valley Program in response to Request for Proposal 12 -035
for 2012 -2013 Community Development Block Grant Public Service Funding.
I. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the proposal submitted from
Easter Seals East Texas, DBA Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center Autism
Assessment, Research and Intervention Clinic (AARIC) Program in response to
Request for Proposal 12 -035 for 2012 -2013 Community Development Block
Grant Public Service funding.
3. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the proposal submitted from
Mental Health Mental Retardation Authority of Brazos Valley Mary Lake Peer
Support Center Program in response to Request for Proposal 12 -035 for
2012 -2013 Community Development Block Grant Public Service funding.
K. Presentation, possible action and discussion of the proposal submitted from
Brazos Valley Counseling Services - Brazos Valley Counseling Service in
response to Request for Proposal 12 -035 for 2012 -2013 Community
Development Block Grant Public Service funding.
L. Presentation, possible action and discussion regarding future agenda items.
