AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BRYAN DAILY EAGLE AS THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER
AND REPLACING ORDINANCE NO. 9.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of The City of College Station, Texas:
I. The Bryan Daily Eagle, a newspaper of general circulation throughout the City of
College Station, Texas, published at Bryan, Texas is hereby designated as the official paper
of the City of College Station.
II. Ordinance No. 9 is hereby repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of August, 1966.
