AUDIT COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Berry and Councilmember's Mooney and Fields
STAFF PRESENT: City Auditor Ty Elliot, City Manager David Neeley, Deputy City Secretary Tanya
McNutt, Chief Financial Officer Jeff Kersten, Budget & Financial Reporting Manager Carol Thomson,
Accounting & Treasury Operations Manager Cheryl Wright
Regular Agenda Item No. 1 — Call to order.
Mayor Berry called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.
Regular Agenda Item No. 2 - Presentation, possible action, and discussion of minutes for the audit
committee meeting held on September 8, 2011.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jess Fields and a second by Councilmember Karl
Mooney, the Audit Committee voted three (3) for and zero (0) opposed, to approve the September 6, 2011
Audit Committee minutes. The motion carried unanimously.
Regular Agenda Item No 3 - Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding the updates on the FY12
Audit plan.
Internal Auditor, Ty Elliott updated the Audit Committee on the timeline for the FY12 Audit plan.
Regular Agenda Item No. 4 - Presentation, possible action, and discussion on the Interim Audit Report
regarding the payroll process.
Internal Auditor, Ty Elliott updated the Audit Committee on the Interim Audit Report regarding the payroll
process.
Regular Agenda ItemNo. 5 - Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding future agenda
items.
No future items to be discussed.
