The City Council may or may not attend the Code Coordination Subcommittee Meeting.
1. Call to Order
2. Consideration, discussion and possible action on Absence Requests.
3. Consideration, discussion and possible action to approve meeting Minutes.
• June 7, 2010 meeting minutes.
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of the Subcommittee Rules of Procedure.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of the UDO Annual Review and recently
adopted UDO amendments.
6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of other UDO amendment initiatives.
7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion of Subcommittee UDO amendment
recommendations.
8. Possible action and discussion on future agenda items - A Code Coordination
Subc m iLtee Member play inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given.
A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be
given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda
for a subsequent meeting.
9. Adjourn.
