STAFF PRESENT: City Auditor Ty Elliot, City Manager David Neeley, Deputy City
Manager Frank Simpson, Deputy City Secretary Tanya McNutt, Chief Financial Director

Regular Agenda Item No. 1 - Call to order.
Mayor Berry called meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.
Regular Agenda Item No. 2 - Presentation, possible action, and discussion of
minutes for the audit committee meetinp_ held May 4, 2011.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Mayor Berry and a second by Councilmember
Fields, the Audit Committee voted three (3) for and zero (0) opposed, to move to approve
Audit Committee Minutes of May 4, 201 1 The motion was unanimous.
Regular Agenda Item No. 3 - Presentation, possible action, and discussion relzarding
the Convention Visitor's Bureau Audit report.
Ty Elliott, City Internal Auditor updated the Audit Committee on the status of the
Convention Visitor's Bureau Audit report findings.
No formal action was taken.
Regular Agenda Item No. 4 - Presentation, possible action, and discussion re2ardina
future agenda items.
Councilmember Fields requested a future agenda item on: the Final report on the
Convention Visitor's Bureau Audit report and to discuss the Bryan-College Station
Destination Development Report" and associated recommendations presented by CVB
from August 15, 2011, Joint Meeting.

Hearing no objections, Mayor Berry adjourned the meeting at 5:15 p.m. on Monday,
August 8, 2011.
