The City Council may or may not attend the Sunset Advisory Commission Meeting.
1. Call to Order.
2. Hear Visitors.
3. Introduction of new members.
4. Presentation, discussion and possible action to approve meeting minutes from November
17, 2011
5. Presentation, discussion and possible action to approve the final draft of the sunset
questionnaire and procedures.
6. Presentation, discussion and possible action on commission members meeting
assignments and visits.
7. Presentation, discussion and possible action on commission's timeline for report
submittal and future meeting dates.
8. Discussion and possible action on future agenda items — A Sunset Advisory Commission
member may inquire about a subject for which notice has not been given. A statement of
specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be give. Any
deliberation shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on an agenda for a
subsequent meeting.
9. Adjourn.
