PUBLIC HEARING:
1. Open public hearing to determine continuation of the Brazos County
Emergency Communications District and its service fee.
2. Close public hearing.
REGULAR MEETING TO CONVENE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARING.
Approval of the minutes of the meeting held September 29, 2011.
2. Discussion / Action on resolution approving the continuation of the Brazos
County Emergency Communications District and its service fee.
3. Discussion / Action on the Interlocal Agreement for Street Naming.
4. Discussion / Action on District Investment Policy and resolutions.
5. Discussion / Action on presentation of Investment Report for quarter ending
September 30, 2011.
6 Discussion / Action on personnel review process for Executive Director.
7. Discussion / Action on presentation of Director's Report of Expenditures for
August and September 2011.
8. Director's report and Board concerns including staffing levels and statistics,
Board appointments, employee recognition, and a report on training attended.
9. Hear public comments.
10. Adjournment.
All items on the agenda are for discussion and /or action. The Board of Managers reserves the right to adjourn into
executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized
by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property),
551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security
Devices).
